Thank you for visiting the Hatstore web site. At Hatstore you will find caps, beanies and hats of high class and quality. Our objective is to provide our customers with the best service possible.

These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.hatstoreworld.com website and forms a contract between you and Hatstore Scandinavia AB, Swedish company registration number 556875-5937, Stämpelvägen 2, 394 70 Kalmar, Sweden (hereinafter “Hatstore”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.


Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

Taxes/prices - Import duties and taxes

If you are accessing our website from outside of the European Union, or your computer or server is located in a country outside of the European Union, the prices on our website are shown with the VAT/Sales Tax excluded. You pay the applicable import taxes and (usually very low) customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered (this does not apply for orders to Norway). You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. For residents outside of the European Union the prices are presented in USD.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Hatstore has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Hatstore cannot predict their amount. Hatstore advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Personal information

The information you submit to www.hatstoreworld.com will be handled with utmost care and respect. We collect information from you to process your order, among other things. Further information on Hatstore's processing of your personal data has been included in Hatstore's Privacy Policy, which can be found here and is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.


Hatstore Scandinavia AB reserves the right for any typographical errors on this site. Nor can we 100% guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the appearance of the products.

Retention of title

All products remain in Hatstore property until full payment is made.


During the checkout process you may choose between different payment options:

5.1 Adyen
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All communication is done via encrypted servers with SSL certificate authenticity.)

5.2 Paypal is used when you don't want to give out the information for your credit card. You sign up for a free account and transfer money out of your checking account into the PayPal account (it usually takes approximately two days to register) and use PayPal to pay. Just go to paypal.com to sign up.


Delivery time is 3-8 business days. The shipping cost is $ 3,99. Hatstore Scandinavia is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. We ship from Sweden.

Items not delivered. We charge $15 if you are unavailable to receive your delivery or if you refuse to accept your parcel. If you change your mind when the parcel is already on its way, you have to receive the parcel and return it to us, otherwise it will be registered as not received and you will automatically be charged. 

Right to cancel

Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Hatstore in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, Hatstore should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation. However, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Hatstore.

The return policy does not apply to products with customised design such as embroideries, flags, labels and text.

Complaints terms

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. Please contact our customer service at support@hatstoreworld.com if any problems have occurred with your order or shipment. This includes problems such as transportation damage, defective products, or orders which are incorrect in any other way. Please note that we always need photographic evidence of the defect product, sent to us by e-mail, in order to handle your complaint.


By placing an Order through Hatstore you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.

You must also:

1. Register using your real name, phone number, e-mail address and payment details.

2. Provide a shipping address that is not a PO-box or Poste restante.

We cannot accept your order If your payment is not accepted by the applicable payment partner (e.g. Adyen or PayPal).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the www.hatstoreworld.com website are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Hatstore’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.


Hatstore responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Hatstore bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

Force majeure

Hatstore shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
